SuiteSpot, an AI-driven property management company, needed a physical marketing tool for a high-stakes conference. They wanted something that represented their mission: "Doing the real work" of fixing units and saving time for property managers. Instead of a generic pen, we developed a high-quality, 3D-printed smart wrench featuring three key innovations: The Fidgeter (an integrated mechanical fidget for engagement), The Party Starter (a built-in bottle opener), and The Fixer (a functional phone stand for property managers on the go). We manufactured 200 units using high-quality PLA filament in batch production.
